About
Vocal Coach Liz Hopkins has served as the lead singer of the band Delta Rae for 12 years. Delta Rae has been named a Forbes 30 under 30 artist to watch and was also a VH1 You Oughta Know Artist. As the lead singer of Delta Rae, Liz has performed on some of the biggest television shows including Jay Leno, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and Conan O’Brien. She has also performed at the Grande Ole Opry, Bonnaroo, Stagecoach, Lollapalooza, Voodoo, ACL, Hang Out Fest, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, and shared the stage with artists such as Melissa Etheridge and Jamey Johnson. Liz’s specialties include stage movement, rock vocals, belting, power notes, and emotional dynamics. Liz graduated from Fordham Lincoln Center in New York City and is also fluent in Spanish. After touring professionally for over a decade and growing up singing musical theater, Liz has mastered the art of preserving the voice, developing vocal stamina, and maintaining vocal health when conditions are less than ideal. As a coach she can help you make any song your own, and show you how to give your performance its own unique spice.
