As a singer/ songwriter, Carrie has opened for American Idol’s David Cook, Delta Rae, Melissa Etheridge Cruise, and The Marshall Tucker Band. She holds a degree in Music and Performance from The American Music and Dramatic Academy (NYC). Carrie loves that the voice is an instrument anyone can play with the proper guidance. Her goal as a voice teacher is to instill that awareness in her students, pairing personal experience with classical training to produce a well-rounded artist with a wide vocal range. Her specialties as a coach beyond vocal technique include coaching artist development, songwriting, and guitar.
